I orded my phone on friday evening (before 10pm) received my confirmation email and paid for a sat AM delivery but my o2 still says in progress and no sign of delievery.
I know its bank holiday today and its been new year but is this the reason my order is delayed?
i m going to ask for my money back on delivery!

im not a new customer and i checked availability when i ordered that particular device.
ill just have to contact them.

@Anonymous If you were checking O2's stock online, be aware that it isn't accurate. In fact, it's non-existent. The stock check isn't live, and chances are very high that your phone is out of stock. The bank holiday doesn't help matters, but you're very unlikely to get your phone soon. There are people who have posted on the forum who have been waiting for iPhones for a considerable amount of time.

The last time we looked the only people who had stock of the latest iPhone 7 were Apple. It appears they were 'withholding stock' to the networks for their own gain...
There is some improvement now and latest is shown here. Whilst some networks now have stock...O2 do not...http://iphonestockchecker.co.uk/

Yet a new customer reported aa few days ago that he ordered and received a couple of days after. Can't find the thread at the moment as I'm otherwise engaged in the bar....
