iPhone XS has the worst reception of any previous phone or devices ive owned.
Poor browsing speeds, phone calls dropping the list goes on.
Is this software/hardware/network issue? Any way to help fix this?

Poor browsing speeds may be down to your data bolt on which could have b.s.changed when you upgraded. Check the apn. If it's set to idata.o2.co.I'm then try changing to mobile.o2.co.I'm
This will show you have the incorrect bolt on if browsing is ok and you will need to call customer service to get the correct bolt on.

Sounds like you got a dud phone that needs checking out by Apple not O2 repairs

I've not noticed any difference to be honest between my iPhone 6 and XS. What problems are you seeing?

Did a few tests today in London
poor ones embankment near Houses of Parliament others in the city and Chelsea think my Xs is ok Wi-Fi was free o2 city of Westminster note back in somerset now 1bar 4g @Adrian23Sources online say to try a reset network settings to see if that resolves it
