Hi,
I took delivery of the new SE 2020 model on Friday. Set up was mooth no issues. Was instantly promted for a software update so I actioned that.
The phone is now stuck on the black screen with a white apple logo.
Ive tried to hard re-start including running the battery completly out and recharging. Ive tried plugging in to iTunes.
Nothing.
O2 have said they will replace and send a bag to return the faulty phone.
I am concerned about sending the faulty phone back as it has all me data on it and i can't factory re-set it before it goes back.
Thoughts?
