I ordered a pair of AirPods earlier today, but I haven’t received a confirmation email. The money has been taken out of my account.
How do I know that my order has gone through?

Expect an email in the morning

If not give them a call

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

You'll get an email when your purchase is processed but they could be put of stock, so may not be immediate.

Also check your span folder, just in case......
