iPhone 7 order worries/confusion?

Hey guys,

I ordered my iPhone 7 128GB phone over the phone on 09/09/2016 and confirmed the pre-order with a £49.99 deposit.

I thought it was all going swimmingly but hadn't received text or email confirmation of receipt and quite obviously I began to panic as I'd paid over the phone to o2 retention team who had rang me the previous date as my contract was due to upgrade.

I contacted Live chat etc; they're telling me no order/pre order has been placed and thats current as of this morning 12/09/2016.

I then rang up later on 09/09/2016 and got confirmation of a pre-order reference number and confirmation of this via text and email. They stated that on 16/09/2016 I'll be contacted to have my phone delivered. I assume this is subject to an additional £10 payment as I've only paid the minimum deposit.

Can anyone help cause I'm really worried that I've not properly pre-ordered or theres some weird issue??

Really panicking.

I've pre-ordered the new iphone as well, I got the e-mail confirmation not like you, but the order doesn't shows up in recent order on my o2 so I'm a bit worry myself ;dd

Can anyone confirm whether the "my order" bit has been removed from My O2?

Pre ordered on launch day. Got an email confirming, got a text with a dead link to my 02? It's not on their page or the app.

Haven't heard anything else since..?

O2 do you care to comment..?

if you have an email then your probably ok i would phone them just in case

orders sometimes don't appear until much closer to dispatch and some don't appear until after you have it.

I just got off live chat with someone and asked when is my phone being delivered because I was none the wiser. They said congratulations and I was lucky to be having the phone on the 16th. They said I will get all the tracking and logistical information on Thursday. If you are looking at time frame of order; I ordered a iPhone 7 plus 256gb in black around 08:50 on the 9th. I can't see my orders on myo2 and got very vague emails with a dead link to track my orde but they said it's coming so feel a little better.... subject to change obviously!

I ordered my 256GB White/Silver 7 Plus 256GB pretty much the same time as you. I elected to collect in-store and I have a date on my confirmation of 23/09. I did a web chat and all I could be told is that my order is in the status of "Order Future Dated Dispatch.", whatever that means.
