Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

It is understandable that everyone is getting frustrated. So many people in the same boat.
I don't think I am as annoyed about the fact I don't have the phone yet as I am about communication from O2.
I was told I'd be kept up to date by text but have had nothing. It takes nothing to keep people updated, really.
I understand there is high demand. I understand I ordered on launch day, not pre-order day. I understand that O2 can only despatch as quickly as they receive them and that there will be a lot of people on the list before me.
But a little bit of communication, like "You're approximately 1 week away..." wouldn't go a miss.
They say they can't tell us how far down the list we are....no - they probably can't, because I doubt there is an actual "list". If I was a business user with 150 connections and I'd ordered today I bet I'd be higher up any "priority" than others, unfortunately.
I know they are probably trying and banging their head's against the wall...but if they want to fix it - a simple bit of communication wouldn't go a miss.

Not sure if this is any help but I have also been waiting since Sep for the Iphone 6+ SG 128gb, O2 told me yesterday online that it would be 1-3 days, today phoned CS and they had no idea where that info came from.
I have just cancelled my upgrade thourgh o2 a couple of hours ago and phoned CPW who told me they can also upgrade my o2 contract, I have agreed this and am now having the phone delived tomorrow plus £100 cheaper.
Not being somone who normally uses CPW they were helpfull.

This thread is constant in its fury at poor communication from O2. I have been reading back and so many people getting different answers from different departments. All they are doing is giving false information to get you off the phone.
Appalling practice also that once they have taken your money...you are no longer of any interest to them whatsoever.... Next customer please...

Lol @Beenherebefore Perhaps I should have said "if they don't rectify it suitably"
Glad you still have your sense of humour.....I know from what I've read (and that's not every post in this thread) I certainly wouldn't have kept an order live for O2 to mess me about.....one chance is all I give a supplier to correct a problem to my satisfaction.
