Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

I placed my order on the 16th sept and was told 2-5 days still waiting had enough now totally I made a complaint to 02 and they are looking at it got email today ????? Plus I have been on to cs and LC about 20 times every time a diff story Nothing but lies yes lies so we all should be getting these Fones for free yes free it is totally not fair if we all did not pay are bills they would take us all to court to get money of us so why on earth would we give them money for nothing wake up everybody we want these hand sets for free now stick together and do not let them away with this if we get these do call Fones soon ????? Still don't give up I am so pi.... Off now that I could chance but it's to long now and to many lies wise up 02 or pay up

@Anonymous maybe if one of us writes a open letter/ petition and get the waiting o2 costumers to sign it, we may get a discount on the handset or monthly cost

When I spoke to CS earlier I asked him about the money coming out before he phone is dispatched, apparently the money you pay upfront goes directly to Apple!

When I spoke to CS she didn't seem to believe me that the money had already been taken out! Asked my 3x in 3 different ways in case my answer was going to change! I spoke to LC yesterday- he said my order would be shipped in 5-10 days. He then said "however, don't get your hopes up as you'll probably be sad!'

Yes I agree this is going to long now they can say what they want there is 200'000-400'000 people ordered these Fones on a average of £200 to up grade that is some money sitting in 02 bank I will sign everything giving us line rental back is a insult now I have had enough now I am waiting near a month now was told 2-5 days I email a complaint in and got email they where looking at it what a load off b.ll

I checked on O2's Twitter account today and there's no sign of this issue there. Maybe switch from this community forum to Twitter as over 3000 complaints would make a difference. O2 seem to be totally ignoring this forum.
