Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

Finally! Got all the messages last night and this morning found a message from ukmail that my phone will be delivered between 3.20 and 4.20! At last!!!

and on the same day I got a message that my old phone has been unlocked! What a coincidence

So last night I got the dispatch email with tracking number, but I didn't get a text from UK mail and the phone is yet to arrive..

What does this mean?

Well I got a time between 11.37 and 12.37 but still no sign of uk mail. No point in a time slot if they can't stick to it!

means it could've been dispatched too late for delivery today, same happened to me a couple of nights ago and its out for delivery today.

No text from ukmail means no delivery. CS told me because of too many delivery for them & please check ukmail again tomorrow to see any update = no delivery tomorrow. Now O2 passed the ball to ukmail.
I asked for refund because of late delivery as stated on O2 website, CS said only when we received the phone then they will calculate the refund amount 😡. It's suppose to calculate when the phone dispatched.
O2, never again I will pre order from you. Bad service

Uk mails systems are down and I was on hold to be cut off after 12 minutes. Time slot was between 11.37 and 12.37 ... Think we've found another company as useless as 02.
