iPhone 6- PreOrder

Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

Got through again and this time I spoke to a very helpful lady called Emma who checked their stock and she stated that the next batch of iPhone 6 Plus 128gb is due in from Apple today.  She couldn't say whether my order would be met as the details she has doesn't state how many are coming in and she can't see how far I am down the queue of people waiting for the same phone.  At least this is more news then 'In Progress'.  She also said that she would keep an eye on my account and personally text/call me if anything happens. I take that bit with a pinch of salt.  Most info I've had though.  Thanks Emma.

Confused

@Anonymous  when did you order mate? Least it sounds more positive and that they are actually getting Stock in. I was beginning to think that it didn't exist.

I ordered a space grey 64gb 6 on the 14th. Honestly thought it'd have been dispatched by now.

Do O2 deliver on Saturdays?

Dont know if you all knew this already but been infomred that stores are in charge of thier own stock and order directly from manufacturer. o2 do not receive stock and then allocate to online or store. So if youve ordered online, then your stuck in that system regardless of store stock.

Very frustrating but understandable

Well I have cancelled the order I placed a week ago. My local O2 store has the phonei ordered in stock plus it's get next day if you buy online but apparently if you order it on 21st you can't get it.
Just to be really annoying now I've cancelled the online order I can't upgrade in store even though they have them in stock because apparently the system takes 24 hours to process my cancellation. I had always been with O2 because of their great customer service but I'm going to look into other operators now - this has become total madness. Even the man in the O2 store said they had had a stream of people coming in who had had problems with the online store.

I've forgotten why I thought an upgrade was a good idea!!

Interesting to see if anyone has ordered on the 14th or later through O2 (not a store) and has received their phone?
