iPhone 6- PreOrder

Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

Seems a few issues, which does not fill me with confidence. All I am asking is some sort of update rather than the stock answer "in progress".

I do expect that there will be waiting time, it always happens with any Apple release, but to just not give any response/updates is a bit poor.

I did have a live chat last night and they sad deliveries within 5 days, also I have had a standard email from O2 to say why not upgrade, delivery in 5 days. During the chat the user said there was a section on the website giveing updates, when I challenged they could not find it.

If we all know that there will be issues around the launch and delivery, we also knew the pre order date and release date, why does it appear that O2 have not put any plan in place to deal.

Will update this thread as I hear or not hear more.

Congrats, really pleased for you. Enjoy.  I'm tracking mine and it's currently out on delivery and expected between 11:15 and 13:15 so fingers crossed.

Did you get a text with a two hour time slot of when it would be delivered? I changed my shift at work to start at 1pm. Just received at text saying it will be here between 2 and 4pm. What I'm asking is. Did your phone come before the timeslot stated in your text? I'm really hoping mine will as now I'm working when its due to arrive

I haven't taken it out of th ebox. I am a bit embrassed to do it in front of the office right now! Weird I know!

Thank you guys, I hope your devices come soon. All I did was go onto chat maybe 3 times and just chase th eorder. I didn't complain and just highlighted the problem

@Anonymous  I got a text that it will between 8.32 - 10.32, the phone arrived at 9.40. HOpe this helps

My text said between 11:15 and 13:15, the UK MAIL manage my delivery website said between 12:00 and 13:00 and it's just arrived!!

So o2 is wrong that it is first come first served. I've heard nothing from anyone and they still say out of stock

Which phone? Mine is out of stock but apparently more is in today. CS also said don't bother with chat - they apparently tell you anything (as if we didn't know that already!)
