Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

When I ordered they stated 7-10 days delivery. So a great result in the end.

Better to under promise but over deliver!

@Huntress ...I appreciate that the staff at O2 are probably working round the clock, but I do think communication could improve. Even sending out a bulk email to everyone with an update. I'm pretty sure the knew how many of each handsets they were receiving prior to the pre-order. I very much doubt Apple would have kept that from them. Feeling a bit nervous now, only got about another 45mins before the next day delivery cut off.

Britney I ordered CPW and was told I would get a text to say it's on it's way.  First I knew about it was when O2 texted to say thanks for staying with us.  They had updated my o2, but like you everything said not applicable.  I then checked my emails and found email from CPW with tracking details on it.  There are no tracking details on my o2, just states order completed.

Update from me - wanted the 6+ from Friday but by the time I ordered on Sunday at midnight (my upgrade became due then) , all models were showing 2-3 weeks or later.

Ordered the 128gb 6 in I think silver and received text message confirmation of order plus message on Tuesday going we gave you the wrong date.

Just checked my o2 says despatched 15th and just updated with DPD tracking number (it's going to store). Had no text message confirmation of delivery and the tracking number doesn't work on dpd but hopefully will be able to collect tomorrow.

I've just checked myo2 says in process but there's a parcel number but not working on uk mail site 😞 and no text yet. I want my phone lol

Also and this is key I think. I've been told by stores since Friday (I know a few managers) that all 6+ pre orders placed in store wouldn't be delivered until November and to place the order online as those delivery dates were before the in store ones.

Sorry if this results in excess amounts of comfort eating but thought I'd pass it on!
