Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

Just spoke to O2 as I had tracking info but the number wasn't working.... He told me the order has definately been passed over to uk mail and I'm one of the lucky ones who will take delivery either tomorrow or Saturday. So if people have the same issue (number not working!) don't worry 🙂 xx

No, i ordered via chat at about 11ish but I was told it had been in my basket since 7.59am. They said 7-8 days but by the time id made payment at about 3.20, it said up to 2-3 weeks. Ive not chased it cos I thought it would be ok but looks like its not gonna turn up tomoro. Bit gutted altho its not the end of the world just would have liked to know!

Just tracked via the business quick pod and it is at birmingham depot where it was booked from. Must be storing them for o2. As i'm only down the road this is why i probably have more tracking info than just collected like others do

I ordered via CS 202 about lunchtime and wasn't advised it was out of stock.  I made payment at that time and then completed my transaction about 3:30.  I have complained to CS who are going to listen to the recording of my pre-order to review what was said.  Will have to wait to hear the results of that and in the meantime just sit and wait for a text about the IP6+ - Not the greatest service from O2 and like you don't mind waiting if I know when it's likely to turn up but would liked to have been that told at pre-order.
