Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

Just chill, it's coming. O2 have packed it and updated the system to say so, when they know which courier is picking it up all info will update.

The place to look is in MY02 - click your order and scroll the bottom of the page where your delivery address is, below this should be your tracking number, if not don't panic, seems more and more are being added throughout the day.

oooh....my order status now shows the tracking number and courier name fields....but "Unable to display" as the actual detail - but this is a step in the right direction

It also shows dispatch date of 17th
