Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

...'guaranteed' - thats an optimstic word to use!LOL

Depending on how far down the list your order is, I would say nothing is 'guaranteed' delivery for next Friday!

There are gonnas be millions of units leaving stores and warehouses -  no way will they get 100% of orders delivered on the Friday!

Well on the phone they did say i was one of the first. I think i remember her saying they had about 5000 units avaliable. I was 300 odd. Again this is according to them.

Just spoke to a guy on the upgrade line. they've now been advised to tell callers that the links won't work until tomorrow. bad news.

Why can Apple UK offer to buy the iPhone 6 Plus 128GB for £789,give you the option of adding a Big Bundle for £15 per month but O2 can't ? Why the heck do O2 have specific tariffs for iPhones at launch that are just ridiculous in terms of pricing & mins, texts, data etc I want to buy the phone & the Big Bundle tariff is more than enough for my needs. If I take out the lowest tariff over 2 years O2 are charging £60 more for the handset. At a total loss I am.

what time did you order with CPWH when they told you that you were number 300 out of 5000?

I got my email confirmation at 8:37am and just wondered roughly if I have a good chance of getting it on release day or not

Yeah this is what I said earlier, I can understand them making a bit extra if you are spreading the cost of 24 months. But if you are paying all upfront with O2 they all seem to be £60-70 more than Apple. Best bet is to buy direct from Apple and get a SIM only tariff from O2 or another carrier!
