Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

Thats a shiny 6+ 128gb space grey on its way to me, or thats what I'm hoping for.

Well when i called up to cancel there was no hesitation, so i doubt mine was one of those in stock.
64GB, 6+, space grey, if anyone is interested or does get a dispatch notice.
Feel like i've been part of a circus tbh, and only wish i'd spoken to CPW a week ago. I *really* wish that i didn't have to be with o2 at all now, but Vodafone have such a bad reputation and EE are obscenely expensive, and CPW doesn't do tariffs with 3. So I'm having to suck it up and stick, but i got a pretty good over-the-phone deal and may have my phone as early as tomorrow.
amazing isn't it? 17 days ago i ordered and i've heard nothing. place an order at 5pm with CPW and get told it may arrive the next day!

I am normally pretty calm person however today O2 have really annoyed me. I pre ordered an iPhone 6 plus SG 128gb at about 0930 on the 13/09/14. At the time i was told there would be a delay, fine at least i knew.
However today i realised how rubbish o2 are, when i find that on the business side of the webshop they are showing these phone in stock and ready to go on.
So i call customer service, and ask why am i still waiting for my pre order when new customers on the business side can order the phone now as they are showing in stock. I also asked how come the estimated delay on the consumer side had gone to a 14 day delay, but i was still waiting and why i had recieved a text update....??? the answer....in short they haven't got a scooby doo.
So i call the local O2 store to be told they had received some, iphone 6 plus SG 128gb today and didn't expect them and sold them to customers walking in off the street. Advised to call customer services.
So another call to tell them how i was really hacked off now, to find out new customers can get them from the business side and walk into a store, as i am into my third week of waiting.....more waiting on the end of the phone to be GUARANTEED my phone will be with by the end of the week....i will be amazed if it arrives...and before you ask the person i spoke to was called pinocchio
If O2 can send an incorrect text about the Amazon Fire i didn't order, they can surely send a text, saying sorry for the delay, but we hope to get your phone to you in the next Xdays/weeks or an update something other then silence.
I just don't expect new customers to be able to buy new iphone 6 plus 128gb sg, phones before i have recieved my pre order.....O2 you really need to sort this out for next year.
