Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

Still not got any text about allocation or order in general. I submitted another complaint yesterday 3pm to customer service and I've had nothing back. The operator from Friday hasn't called me back or mailed. The silence goes on 😞

Probably not - @Toby was 'looking into' my issue and never got back to me until prompted. Seems all o2 have the same customer focus. Don't know

But honestly, you should not have to do this @Toby ....somebody else, somewhere in the O2 organisation has not performed in their job function.

 

Why should you have to pick up the broken pieces that some other employee has cast aside ?

I just hope that O2 investigate the fiasco of the pre-order mess of recent months and make changes for the next device launch.
