Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

My phone did arrive that i ordered above.
i was given a 128GB free with 3 months free line rental.
result in the end as it is a much better deal than i would have got elsewhere. Just wish O2 would give more info/honest info.
as soo as another company offer a better deal i am off as i am sure many others here will be too.

I think people have been waiting longer for certain models I agree.... but there are those who have been constantly messed about waiting for others.
I know its a personal thing and a must have for thousands of people every year....but this length of time for any phone is outrageous really.
Its the old culture of always 'wanting something you can't have'. A marketing ploy by Apple which leaves a lot of its customers very unhappy

Agree with all of that CutieKitty...but sadly it wasnt just O2. I am on a lot of other forums and the story was pretty much the same across all network providers....
It has eased now...but this thread saw many people either going directly to Apple stores or CPW...
I totally agree though that O2 were the worst of the lot. from everything I read...:smileywink:

Edited to add to the above...I remember thinking you were one of the very lucky ones? You ended up getting your first model very quickly...and exchanged it for another model...also very quickly. I thought then...good grief this lass has a fairy godmother looking after her

So after being assured on Friday that my order was pending allocation I still haven't even received a text to say handset processing you will receive confirmation of dispatch within 5 working days. I also haven't been receiving the apology texts that came week 3, 4 and 5. It's now 7 weeks and counting, if my wife hadn't received the Gold handset and started using I'd have cancelled my contract.
