Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

Ordered on the 17th still waiting. I'm trying to find an O2 shop that has stock so I can go and get one from there. But I'm worried it might not go through as my credit isn't amazing at the moment. Then possibly left with no phone if they have to cancel my upgrade order first.

Just adding mine to the pot:

iPhone 6+ Space Grey 64gb , Ordered 16th September in store, told me I had the last of the store's allocation for delivery on or before the 7th Oct, txt and email at 3pm on the 7th saying delayed and more stock would be in very soon. Haven't heard anything since. Called 202, they don't have any record of it beacause I ordered from store.

Paid £269.99 in full on 16th

Annoyed, but not with the store as they've been really helpful and I know it's not their fault.

Pretty ****ed off with O2 right now. I was told to wait up 2 weeks, and that was a month ago. Now I'm told 4-6 weeks!!! What a joke. It would not be so bad if O2 could show some honesty and not keep telling me that everyone has the same shortage - when EE have the model I have ordered in stock! Stop lying O2, whatever the reason be honest that EE etc have stock. The ONLY reason I have stuck with O2 is because I live in an area where I only O2 signal indoors. I am moving next year and can't wait to switch to EE.

we don't just need to know when you ordered, but also if it was a new connection or an upgrade and if you are retail or business.
