Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

I've just spoken to the retentions team. the lady that i am dealing with seems very nice and very helpful.
i am nervous though as i have read too many horror stories on here.

She is finding out what is going on as i am one of the first on the list she says so i should have it any time.

She says that if she changes the colour she is worked i will go to the back of the queue. What she did tell me was that any orders placed now are 10 week wait but our previous orders should be honoured in time.

I'm guessing that once people on here receive their handsets they don't post back in the forum thereafter. Has anyone read of anyone receiving a 64GB 6+ in earlier posts?

i have a bad feeling that nobody has?

I ordered my 64GB 6+ SG on the 23rd on the basis of 14 days delivery.  Still waiting 21 days later!!

I placed the same order a day later and I'm still waiting. I think a lot of us would be OK with the wait if 02 was at least keeping us informed of what is going on rather than, what appears to be, a different story depending on who you get hold off on LC. I was told at the beginning of last week that I would have my phone in five days. That's obviously turned out to be nonsense. It would be very useful if people were letting us know on this fourm if they were receiveing their phones.

I placed my order for 6+ SG 128GB on 22/09.  Kept getting fobbed off by CS and lied to by LC.  I have kept hanging in there because I didn't want to wait with someone else.  Yesterday I decided its time to take some action...

I placed an order through cpw online at 15:00.  They only had 128GB in stock.  However £25 cashback meant only £25 for an extra 64GB, not too bad.  Arrived at 10:00 this morning.  Brilliant.  Less than a 24 hour lead time.

The distribution of these phones from apple doesn't seem fair or logical.  

My advice is if you want a phone quickly, get yourself ordering via cpw.

Final note, one of my friends ordered a 6+ SG 64GB directly from apple around 20/09.  His is arriving tomorrow so I would hazard a guess that the 64GB's have arrived very recently from apple into the UK.  Also I notice my silicone cover ordered from apple (which was also ot of stock) has now just been dispatched.  Perhaps the big shipment we've all been waiting on has arrived.

This post above is very encouraging. That is the first person to speak of someone actually receiving or about to receive the 64GB.

lets hope they start to flow now. its been ridiculous.

agreed, good info @Anonymous . would be awesome (however unlikely) if there was somebody within distribution either at O2 or Apple who could confirm exactly what the process is... not that it would in any way help... but for those of us (read all of us) who are impatient, at least we would understand the process a bit better.

Don't all hold your breath but I've just received the text saying my order is on its way for Thursday. For information I ordered the Iphone 6+ SG 64GB.
