Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

To be honest, im not too fussed about the tarriff. As long as i get my unlimited texts and at least 2g internet im willing to pay whatever.

In that case, I'd absolutely go direct to Apple......

...the thing with going to Apple is that you have to fork out £200+ for the phone, in one go - not many people have that luxury! I know it probably works out more expensive in the long run, paying a monthly contract but I for one, am happy to pay under £100 for the handset on a monthly tariff from O2. I'll probably just keep my existing tarriff and just upgrade to the iPhone 6.

the only reason im hesitant of going to apple if due to the up front cost of the phone! I think CPW will have enough stock to get mine on release. (proving they do pre-orders)

If people are going to have to have the phone on launch day then as in every launch there are going to be frustrated customers and as we have seen so many times in the past, pre-order means supply far outstrips demand and the forum will be besieged with multi-threads asking what model was ordered, what size and date of order.
In a word, it will be chaos as per every year. Far better to source one yourself and save the stress and frustration.
...but we know that won't happen!
