Worse is that I have switched my roaming data and location help. Ive tried find my phone app with no joy. Can anyopne help what i should be doing now? Or shall I report it as lost at the local police station and get a lost reference number. Felling gutted as I lost all the nice pictures and sadly I couldnt backed it up.

report it lost/ stolen to o2 via live chat and the local police o2 have decided to stop taking emails for account issues. even if you use the web form to raise you now get an auto response saying the facility is closed.
Do you have anyone else with you on o2 pay monthly as you can ring o2 for free on +44 844 809 0202
