Got the iPhone 12 - inputted the new 5G SIM & transferred all the data from my iPhone 10. All there & working however it won’t allow me to ring anyone & when someone rings me my old iPhone 10 is still connected? Do I have to do anything with the original SIM which is in my old phone?

You can use the old sim in the new phone or if you want to use the new sim, do a sim swap from your old sim to activate it Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
