If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.

Anyone recieved thier iPad yet? Still waiting on mine 5 weeks after ordering and it's pretty much ruined Christmas, watching someone open all the accessories for thier new iPad but no iPad to use them with!!!!

It depends on China being able to get them here and the lorries having the freedom to transport them.

Apparently its stock that was supposed to be due on Christmas Eve I did ask well what about the stock that arrived before that as I was due delivery before Christmas Eve but we'll see what happens.
