If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

The problem is Christmas, learning from home and Covid @AC21
100's of people wanted them for Christmas. Due to Covid, China could not produce enough to meet demand and if you add to that the amount of schools closed and learning from home, you can see why demand is exceeding supply.
