i accidentally placed my phone in the microwave!?!? yes!! exactly..so i have no phone, no landline, only my laptop, whihc is an apple, but have no way of mkaing contact..i am also on lockdown isolating atm! i have a new phone coming through my insurance, but no way of getting my sim out - the cover melted on the melted phone!?!?! any advice how i speak to someone online? like a live chat? i searched my O2 and cant find it anywhere? thanks

Just to add to the advice above, you can call O2 using Skype from your laptop.
Use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

Just adding that I’ve found their Twitter feed @O2 very responsive and helpful.
