how long does it take to progress an online upgrade?

Hi

Upgraded yesterday to iPhone 5s in stock and was wondering how long does it take before my item gets dispatched?

Any help would be great!

There are quite a few threads on here from customers experiencing the same issue.

 

One system saying in stock and then another saying not.

 

I can only assume their systems are constantly updating !

 

People have been told 2-3 weeks only to get it in a few days !

i dont get why they can state its in stock but if fact it isnt and wont be for ages!

if i knew that was the case would have never speed up my upgrade and went somewhere else

Totally Agree.

 

The quick turn around of stock movement is my guess why its showing differently.

 

Thing is not a lot of places have the iPhone 5s in stock.

 

My local Apple Store is still struggling and only have certain colours and capacities in limited amounts.

 

They had no sim free models which is what i'm after !

I just phoned arround ano no 32gb one which is the one i've ordered 

absolutely gutted and customer service just shocking!

you'd they'd be prepared by now

just spoke to another person and been told that it will be in stock in two days and i will receive it next week! bloody better or i will cancel and go somewhere else

nah, phoned them again and been told 3-6 weeks

lost it as hate being lied to by numerous advisers so decided to cancel the order

she said they are very busy and will call me later today to finish the cancellation! cheeky but hey all i can do is wait! thats what you get for being a loyal customer ;/
