Hi. how , where do IO find out when my contract expires for monthly payments please.

Hi @Anonymous You can find out by checking in My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

It wil give you contract end date in the section View Tariff and Allowances

ie Tariff section..

Yeah i cant find out either? ive asked auora and it says its on my o2 app but not where. Not very helpful

To find out where your contract ends you have to go into My O2 and you will see this along the top. Click on MORE a drop down menu appears. You will see Tariff details. If you click on that it shows you contract end date. I am doing this on PC.

No this bloody doesnt it just makes you select new tariff data amount. You made the UI not user friendly so people can’t navigate it easily. Cant wait to leave
