Keep rebooting the phone @Peifan
If You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

The best number to get through seems to be
0800 587 4005
Download and use Skpe to call any of the free numbers

Sorry to hear that your world has ended!
Can I ask how long since you ported your number as texts are usually the last thing to start working again.
Rebooting your phone periodically will help.
On an iPhone, you also need to go to Settings >Phone >My number and change the default to your correct number.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
