Visual voicemail not working

I bought an iPhone 14pro refurb. Voicemail isn’t working and it just says at the top “visual voicemail is currently unavailable” any ideas how to fix please?

You will need to check that you have the O2 iData bolt on active on your account.

Check in MyO2 

If needed call O2
