Im due an upgrade nect week, and i want to upgrade via doing it online. Ive found the phone I want and the tariff but I'm just wondering what happens to the tariff I'm on while waiting for my new phone to be delivered. Will it be cut off or will the new tariff automatically start as I want to keep the same number

Hope you understand slight_smile
Thanks

Don't do it online - go in store.
You will undoubtedly get delays in delivery and your tariff will change to the new sim card in the delivery which is delayed so you will end up with no phone and no tariff......

If you do a search on here you will find many posts about people having problems with upgrading online. It may not be convenient for you, but if you are within striking distance to an O2 store, do as @MI5 suggests and upgrade there. Most times you will get it all done in one go and walk out with your new phone.
