There is no such thing as loyalty these days - people move to the best deal with every renewal and that applies to phones, water, gas, electric, insurance etc.
Customers go and are replaced by new and so it goes around.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Go with the best deal for you but make sure you get good signal areas in the areas you live & work first before making a final decision

@AnonymousDid you ring customer services and ask to be put through to retentions?

Sometimes people have got a better deal if they show they are willing to leave to get it. Not always...but it has worked for a few....http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Why oh why would they give you a discount?

You want a product, Pay for it.

Doesn't cost O2 any less just because you've been here a few years

Unfortunately you won't get a price match - o2 don't do that.
At best you might get a few quid a month discount off your airtime, but that's all.

I doubt they will price match...but you may get a discount. We know of some who have got a few pounds off their sim only contract ...as well as airtime on Refresh. Bottom line... if you don't ask (via retentions) you wont get anything...
