Why oh why will O2 not budge on price they would rather lose a loyal customer than price match and offered the only incentive to stay was O2 perks n copied me the link !!! So frustrating is loyalty only a one way street now ???

I doubt they will budge though. Known to be the most expensive network but try to tell you they invest in the network when everyone actually knows they don't!
A lot of customers are leaving to the likes of 3 etc, which in the great scheme of things is exactly what they want
