Hi all, looking for some advice. I’ve just upgraded my phone through mobile phones direct and I’ve been sent a new sim. Should I use this new sim or my current? Do I need to call O2 to get anything switched over?
Thanks in advance!

@Cjfsmith98

If it was an upgrade you can use your old sim.

Just make sure you don't have two contracts running.

If you're in a 5g area you may want to do a sim swap to the new sim if your old one isn't 5g already Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
