Unlocked phone

I have got a pay monthly sim from sky to use in my old contract phone from 02 which isn’t working in it but it has the other networks on in the settings so does this mean it is unlocked?

There are additional things to check in the link I gave you but you'll need to give O2 time to unlock it.
