@Chaders

You'll need to ask Apple as they bill O2 for the purchases and O2 in turn recoup the costs from you.

You should increase your security on your phone to prevent this.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

You need to request a refund through the App Store, and then when requesting the refund choose the option "A Child/Minor made purchase without permission".

Bare in mind Apple may decline the request, as they will be able to see how it was authorised, and if you had selected no password on app store purchases.

There is a good guide here on how to do the request.
https://www.howtogeek.com/396239/how-to-get-a-refund-from-the-apple-app-store/

Also Bare in mind a refund is not guaranteed, and o2 can't do anything about this.

Also you can set settings,

You can use restrictions (Settings > Screen Time > Content and Privacy Restrictions > iTunes and App Store Purchases >

Disallow In-App purchases

Always Require password for additional purchases

Disallow Installing apps

Disallow deleting apps

Also reset your Apple ID password to something that is more complex and your child does not know.
Also put a spend cap on your account to prevent this happening again.
- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
