When I go to the Watch app and select mobile data, the option to set it up is grey/blacked out. It’s says my account is eligible to set up mobile data - even though it is. Have have reset network settings, removed the app, turned puu hi one and watch on and off (x100) as all suggested by o2 advisors. Both are up to date. Any help is welcome!!
The last o2 working who I spoke to said the only thing I can do is go into an o2 shop! I wish I’d gone with another network provider now.

Open the Watch app on your iPhone and tap on ‘Mobile Data’.
Then tap ‘Set up mobile data’. You’ll be prompted to sign in with your My O2 username and password.
Once you’ve signed in, select your Apple Watch plan. Follow the steps on the screen to set up your Apple Watch Airtime Plan.
It can take up to 24 hours to activate, but sometimes it might take a little longer.
To check if your new Airtime Plan is active, open the Watch app on your iPhone and tap on ‘Mobile Data’. In the ‘Data Plan’ section, if you see O2 with the word ‘activating’ then you’ll have to wait a little longer for set up to complete. If you see O2 with an orange ‘i’ next to it, then you’re all set up.

Lots of issues with this just lately and our account advisors have had to escalate the issue for other customers.
I'll tag @O2Georgina who won't be on until Monday to help you.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

As I said above, I can’t click on set up mobile data.
Yes, as @MI5 said, various people are having problems with this, which is why he has tagged one of our account advisors ( @O2Georgina) to help you. She will be on this Monday at 9am.
