Tried calling but wait times 30 mins + I want to turn off answerphone now

Customer services first need to cancel the automated divert override. This then allows you to use voicemail if you want, or not.

You can try to cancel using these codes, but if memory serves me correctly, these wont work until CS remove the override from your account.

All gsm codes can be cancelled by the user using your link no need for customer services intervention
