How to turn off the voicemail?

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

Can anyone please guide me how to turn the voice mail off. I tried 1760 / 1750 and all the numbers o2 customer servise agents asked me to....but none of them worked.

I been speaking to O2 customer services from over a month now but apparently they have no solutions.

Will you please help me to turn voicemail off from my iphone 4?

Thank You So Much

M Khan

Hi Guys,

I called to O2 and asked for to speak to super visor in network team, who basically advised to re install the tugo> go to settings>delete account.

Then I dialed the number 1760. and its worked.

Thank You so Much guys for all your help

Kind Regards

Corrected with new info.

If that fails re-install TuGo and make sure you log out and delete the account before removing it.

It seems to be a problem that even if deleted, the lock on voicemail still exists. Try ##002# as this should cancel all diverts.
