My 2 year contract has come to an end and I bought a new sim on another network, however my phone rejects it saying the phone is locked.
What I have tried so far:
Really annoyed now.... can someone help?

Hi Marjo,
Yesterday I finally got a reply through the facebook group and my phone is now unlocked. I put my new sim in this morning and I'm all set.
