To add....I think the person whose name you are transferring it to (In the organisation) will need to be present when you ring CS...
Edited to add: Transfer of ownership is only allowed if the name is going into a business name from the customers name. ....but how that works is a matter for you to discuss with CS

Not sure you can if you took out the contract in your name? You will need to ring Customer Services on 202 to discuss your options with them?
