Im new to topping up as been a while. How do i get big bundle topup in my local shop i asked for big bundle top up and no one heard of it. Or do i simply get £15 pound normal top up? Please help

If you have the big bundle tariff then you don't need to ask for any named top up. Simply ask for a top up of your chosen amount. It will be allocated to the tariff in existence on your sim card automatically.

cheers for that. i already have big bundle set up and my first time to top up and just needed to know what to ask for in shop. As i have asked for big bundle top up and got stares as they never heard of it.

Just get the cash top up.
