I swapped my sim online yesterday at around half 10 in the morning and my iPhone is still saying "no service". I have been turning it on and off but still nothing. Can anyone shed any light onto this for me?

Went into the o2 store today and iPhone wasnt unlocked! So the guy registered my number to a standard sim again for my blackberry. Says this can take 30 seconds to activate or 24 hours. Still says SIM not provisioned, can this sometimes take a good while? Not looking forward to another complication!

has the other sim stopped working yet?
If not best to ring customer services to ensue the swap happens

The old sim stopped working after about 15 minutes! So i've been phoneless for nearly 24 hours now. I contacted the chat team on o2 and they said it should be working by today, but i'm sure that's the same old story.

You somehow need to talk to o2 if you can borrow another o2 phone ring 202

Well I spoke to the online team and they said it said "it should be activated on 6th May", but as we know, it can take up to 24 hours! You think it's worth speaking to a customer service advisor on the phone?

Thank you, I will have to call them off my house phone. Great! I just really don't want to trek all the way to an o2 shop!
