How do I cancel my Disney plus and Spotify subscriptions

You can do all this from within Myo2

You will will see a link to "My Extras"

You can then them to not auto renew.

I would also suggest going to disneyplus.com and logging in and also spotify.com and cancelling the subscription there as well.
