My speakers are very quiet when I’m on the phone the top speaker when I hold the phone to my ear it’s very quiet, all volume is turned up too

Do you have a cover on the phone? If so make sure it's not covering the speaker ports.

Also check for fluff or dirt. Can be removed gently with a needle or cocktail stick.
