Spam!

I use iPad, pc & iPhone 4S and have suddenly started getting masses of spams - everything from bingo to plumbing courses - and it's driving me nuts.   I use Talktalk as my ISP and O2 mobile.  some of the emails are even marked as suspected spam but still get through.  

Is there more I can do ?

if it is just emails then look at what spam filtering options your isp has I.E. Talktalk
