Sim swap problems

Hi changed my O2 pay as you go to a monthly contract online 2 days ago, received the sims in the post on Friday and immediately did the sim swaps online as I want to keep my current mobile phone numbers it is now 13.25 on Sunday & still no sim swap has happened so I can't insert my new sim as no one knows my new number can anyone help me or is anyone having the same problem thanks

You don't need to do a sim swap, you need to use the keep my number form.
