My 11s automatically goes into silent mode- I have done a soft and full reset. What else can I do please ?

Do you mean silent mode as controlled by the switch on the side of phone or do not disturb from the settings menu?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
