Hi, how can we help?

The correct way to unlock a phone is detailed here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-and-Services/Unlocking-an-O2-phone-to-use-a-different-S...

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hi @Anonymous Could you please come back and explain in more detail what you need?

If unlocking then follow the guide above. If you need a new sim you can order one online...or go instore is a quicker way. Other than that it's all pretty much guesswork on here I'm afraid. ...??

Rsim is a device for unlocking iPhones, hence my assumption.

I had no idea. Apologies for being a technophobe. I could delete my previous reply but will leave it there for all to see. Thanks for another lesson. Smiley Very Happy

Just read up on it. Apparently it's very unreliable & not a legit way of unlocking so @Anonymous please follow the unlocking guide that @MI5 has in his post
