Receiving SMS texts after number transfer

I have an iPhone 4S, and have recently transferred my number from another provider. I can receive and make calls, and send texts SMS. But I cannot get any incoming SMS texts?

Hi and welcome to the forum.

A sim swap can take 24 hours to fully complete but often is quicker than that.

If after this time period your services are still not up 100% then it may be worth contacting Customer Services on 202 for contracts and 4445 for payg.
