Hello
My latest bill shows that I have paid £9.99 for 'Things you've bought' although it doesnt state what the purchase is.
Whatever this is, I was unaware of the purchase and did not give my concent for this transaction to go through.
Can you please tell me what 'Things you've bought' means and offer me a refund?
(I was charged for this in January and now in February.)
Thanks

@Anonymous Hi
We are not customer service so are unable to see any more than you can on your bill.
Please call cs on 202 to check the details
It could be for any number of things but premium services do crop up that customers are not aware of.
